This privacy policy applies to ‘online’ in the above listed websites (collectively referred to as the “Pray the Vote”) and all ‘offline’ shared information, materials and services referred to as “Services” by The Presidential Prayer Team, Inc.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Pray The Vote Site , register on the Pray The Vote Site , subscribe as members, fill out a form, and/or in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Pray The Vote Site . Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, and/or phone number. Users may, however, visit our Pray The Vote Site anonymously. If a User decides to opt-in to receive information via phone text and emails, it may include Daily Devotionals, Weekly Prayer Updates, Ministry news, updates, related to service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to opt-out from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our website or by other methods listed below.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and/or data stored on the Pray The Vote Site .

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Pray The Vote Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is 256-bit encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

the Pray First Network makes every effort to protect your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on our organization.

If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on these Websites or on or through any of its features or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as practicable.

Under California Civil Code Section § 1798.83, we do not share any personal information with third parties for any direct marketing purposes.
