This privacy policy applies to ‘online’ in the above listed websites (collectively referred to as the “Pray First Site ”) and all ‘offline’ shared information, materials and services referred to as “Services” by The Presidential Prayer Team, Inc.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Pray First Site , register on the Pray First Site , subscribe as members, fill out a form, and/or in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Pray First Site . We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and/or data stored on the Pray First Site .

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Pray First Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is 256-bit encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

the Pray First Network makes every effort to protect your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on our organization.

If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as practicable.
